Bribery
Yes, those are chocolate chip pancakes. Don't worry, he didn't get any(much) of the chocolate part.
Yes, Caleb did just finish his entire dinner and then saw the pancakes. What else is a growing boy to do?!
Cuteness
I got a little photo happy yesterday, but Caleb didnt' seem to mind. He mostly went about his normal activities, so I couldn't get that "great" shot of him smiling at me!
Rolling around on the floor!
"Uh oh" as he throws the books off his bookshelf
"Caleb, smile for the camera." And, he squints his eyes when he smiles....is that what I look like when I tell him to smile?!
Checking out what's going on outside....cloudy day, about to rain.
Reading one of his favorite books, the animal touch and feel. SSSSSS, goes the snake is a favorite!

Bed Head
Caleb's hair is starting to show some curls. I thought I should get some photos of his hair before we get his first haircut, which is coming soon. You can see the mass of hair in the back and some whispy hairs curling on top of his ears:)

Up Up and Away
Barret and I are debating how many helium balloons it would take to get Caleb off the ground. In the video, there is only one balloon, so I think we're safe!
Caleb and I were at Publix and the cashier asked if he could have a balloon. I said, "Sure." I remembered how he loved playing with the balloons at his birthday. Little did I know that he would be ATTACHED to this balloon all day. I had to PRY it away for him to take naps, and he cried like I was taking his arm off! He crawled, drank out of his sippy cup, and played with his toys all while it was in his hand. One of the funniest moments was when I look over and he is pushing his little lantern on and off, but the balloon kept getting in the way. He was holding the balloon in his right hand and trying to press the button with the same hand. He used his left hand to try to push it away, but it wouldn't go anywhere because he wasnt' letting go of the balloon with his right hand!! I WISH I had gotten that on video, but he'd moved on to other things!!

Loving His Toys
He finally figured out how to push the balls into the helicopter!
My little monkey boy! If you have toys in your hands, just use your feet to pick up other ones! Haha!
